Our story
Started to make land buying less of a gamble
Too many families lose savings to land that was never what it seemed. Muhouze Agencies was set up to change that by putting verification, surveying, fencing and construction in the same hands as the sale.
Today building and construction is at the centre of our work: homes, rental units and commercial buildings delivered from drawings to keys. We also sell plots, farms and homes in Nairobi’s growth corridors and beyond, from Kitengela and Juja to Naivasha and Nanyuki. Alongside sales, our surveying and fencing teams work for landowners who simply need their boundaries confirmed and their land secured.
The name on our logo carries the promise we work to: a partnership you can trust. That means telling you what we know about a parcel, what we don’t, and what it will cost to complete.
We list land only after we’ve walked it, searched it and are ready to stand behind it.
